You can track your order status in your account. If you do not have an account, we will send you an e-mail to keep you informed about your order.

Forgot to order an item, what now?
Unfortunately, no further items can be added at a later date, but you are welcome to place another order.

Shipping costs within Switzerland and Liechtenstein?
Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein costs 5.50Chf (clothing) and 4.50Chf (accessories) including packaging material.
How long does shipping take within Switzerland and Liechtenstein?
The delivery time is between four and ten days.
Shipping costs Europe?
On request! Currently only deliveries in Switzerland.
Shipping to other countries?
We can also send our goods abroad. International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes and other fees that are not included in the total price. Contact me by mail.
Where is my order located?
Log in to your account and check the order status. If you do not have an account, I will inform you by email if your order is delayed.

Returns
Incorrect delivery of an item, what now?
Sorry for the mistake. Please inform me about the situation first (contact form), then you can send the wrong product to (IkaikaHuna, Oberdorstrasse 12, 8335 Hittnau). Please include your delivery bill with the return so that I can allocate the order. I will immediately send you the correct item and of course I will not charge any new shipping costs.
The size doesn't fit, can I exchange it?
You have the right to exchange and return within 14 days of ordering and I will send you the desired product again. Please note that you will have to pay the entire shipping costs.

How do I create an account?
Go to Ikaikahuna.com and click on Register account in the top right-hand corner. You can then simply log in. You will receive an email, please confirm and you can get started.
Can I delete my account?

Can I change my address?
Log in to your account and go to Addresses. Now you can change them and add more.
Do I have advantages with a customer account?
You have a faster ordering process, an overview of the order and don't have to enter the data again and again.
